Tried the Patent link cited in the initial posting here and the link works fine. For those that cannot reach the link:

The primary content of Chemtrails is Titanium, Aluminum, Barium, Magnesium, and Calcium.

All four of these elements are present in EACH of the 4 patents cited.

Patent # 4,791,076 cites the "Fibers" that sometimes "Web" to earth during heavy spraying. The Patents are in conjunction with the USAF.

Although 3 of the Patents refer to an insulation material for batteries, most military related patents fall into a rather "benign" description/name category.

In addition, these are the ONLY 4 patents listed in the Patent office that contain ALL the

Chemtrail elements (there are no others - each Patent contains ALL the Chemtrail elements).

Yes, it is laborious reading all the technical stuff in the patents and easy to miss important info if you are not sure what you are looking for.

The key is the 3rd patent #4,791,076. This is for a special carbon fibre that is doped with the CHEMTRAIL elements

(Titanium, Aluminum, Barium, Magnesium, Calcium). This type of fibre is used to make highly reflective mirrors.

 If it is ground into particulate, it can become ariborne (lightweight).

The USAF HAARP (High Altitude Active Auroral Research Project) creates "electronic" mirrors in the atmosphere to beam signals worldwide

(do a search on HAARP - lots of sites).

With this particulate carbon fibre spread in the upper atmosphere worldwide, HAARP can downlink its signals

(lo energy or Hi energy) anywhere (Plasma Weapons ??).

Only problem is ... this "Highly Reflective" stuff causes global warming, droughts, severe weather, etc...
A lot of knowledgeable scientists are saying HAARP is capable of generating hi energy signals in the quartz content of earth to generate manmade earthquakes.

Areas where spraying has been heavy have reported "Webbing" of the CHEMTRAIL as it descends to earth. Ionized chemicals

(by the sun) in the carbon fibre can cause this same effect.

HAARP got congressional funding to go "Full-Power" in Jan. of this year. Since then, Chem Spraying has dramatically increased.

The Gov. has decided to "Lease" 100 additional Air Force Air Tankers to ... increase spraying ???
